Laila Biali presented an oustanding 'Evening of Jazz' to raise money for students of HUGGS CANADA. Johnny Michel of Channel M was the Master of Ceremonies, the Downton Singers shared their harmonies, volunteers added their enthusiasm, and the audience of nearly 150 responded with a standing ovation.

Thanks to Hersheys Foods for their generous gift of Hugs chocolates for HUGGS CANADA! Special T-shirts embroidered with a design for the benefit concert were donated by Solaar Sportswear and Western Embroidery for the volunteers. Personalized T-shirts were given to each HUGGS student in India!
